• Discord Account Information: Username, User ID, Avatar (via Discord OAuth)
• Server Data: Your XP, Level, and Warning history from our Discord server
• Application Responses: All answers you provide in the application form

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility for the staff position
• Reviewing your application with the staff team
• Contacting you regarding your application status
• Maintaining records of past applications

3. Data Sharing

Your application data is shared only with authorized staff members for the purpose of reviewing applications. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside of our staff team.

4. Data Storage

Application data is stored on our Discord server in a private staff-only channel. Discord session data is temporarily stored during your application session and is cleared when you log out.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your application data
• Request deletion of your application
• Withdraw your application at any time before a decision is made
